Your first touch is with our Community Team, who will chat with you and find the perfect room with and for you. They will guide you until your contract is signed.
From the minute you have a valid contract, your contact is always and only our Community Support Team.
The people you may talk to when contacting the Support Team are Analena, Isabelle, Jan, Lea and Jill. They will do their best to help you out whenever you've got problems with the heating, your shower needs some fixing, or whenever you’ve got questions about homefully in general!
Please note, that the Support Team generally doesn´t work weekends or German holidays, so please be patient during those times. Their partners, kids, and families thank you! 👌😌
