Only you, your flatmates, the cleaning staff, and homefully team members have access to your shared flat.
The Cleaning Support regularly comes bi-weekly on a fixed day.
Sometimes, a homefully member (e.g., a Technician) needs to visit your shared flat. We will, however, only visit you if you or your flatmates request us to, or if an urgent matter needs to be fixed/checked.
In any case (besides the bi-weekly cleaning service visits), our Community Team will notify you and your flatmates no later than 48 hours in advance. You will receive all notifications via E-Mail.
