First off, if you follow our Support Team’s instructions for the perfect move-out and vacate the room as you found it, there won’t be any problems or deposit deductions.
Don’t worry; we surely don’t want to spoil your experience at the last minute 😉
To avoid that, we want to be fully transparent on the actions that are taken, in case you do not vacate your room as expected:
- We store left personal items of any value for a monthly fee of about 200€, depending on the items’ volume and flat location. It is an actual subject matter of the law that every landlord has to store a former tenant’s valuable property. So, you can be sure we see no fun in annoying you with that, and neither want to throw away your highly treasured running shoes or succulents you simply forgot to take with you.
- In case a homefully Crew member has to come on-site to repair, replace or replenish the interior, an hourly rate of 90€ will be charged, including journey.
- In rare cases, an external technician needs to be assigned to fix some damage left behind. This includes water or electricity damage, as well as broken windows. The invoice will be issued to homefully and is, of course, available on request.
- If the room is left in a filthy condition, a basic cleaning might be necessary, charged with 120€.
In all cases mentioned above, the charged amount is subtracted from your deposit.
