In case you need the test to report a malfunction to our Community Team, please use the provider’s speed test (e.g., search for "speed test Vodafone").
The testing results are crucial to report a problem to the provider, so it's necessary to download them or take a screenshot before sending it to us. Before you send us the results, you can check online whether certain fluctuations are within the "normal range" - this means that it is quite normal that the speed can sometimes be faster and sometimes slower, depending on the load of the Internet connection 💻📱📺
It might be necessary to do several speed tests at different times of the day and locations in the flat.
For example, run two tests in your room with your most used device, one in the morning and one in the evening of the same day and two other tests right next to the router with your most used device, one in the morning and one in the evening of the same day.
