This actions are being taken to reduce interaction between flats and staff to the absolute minimum to prevent spreading the virus:
- Our technicians’ visits will be prioritized and being reduced to the minimum
Don't worry though: of course, we still provide and keep our technical service promise!
- To keep you and your Community safe, we will no longer offer flat viewings and restrict access to your home for all non-essential cases.
- Personal check-ins during move-ins and move-outs are digitalized and made as hassle-free as possible.
