We are monitoring the current situation on COVID-19 (Corona) very closely and are following the recommendations of the Robert Koch Institute and health authorities in detail. Please understand that we currently have to find solutions for more than 800 tenants in 8 cities. During this time we are doing everything to ensure the safety of our community and our employees. We are trying to reduce movement between apartments to the absolute minimum. This includes moving in and out, cleaning and the deployment of technicians. We try hard to maintain adequate service, but your health and the health of our partners and colleagues is our top priority.
Based on your feedback, we are taking the following actions to ensure that you stay safe in your homes.
- There will be no more weekly cleaning service in the coming weeks. The service will be discontinued step by step and fully stopped by the end of March. We do this to ensure that there is no unnecessary contact between potentially infected members of our community.
- Our technicians’ visits will be prioritized as we need to make sure that those flats that require our immediate support in these times are treated first. We want to make sure that those of you who are staying at home are enabled to do so without any restrictions.
- To keep you and your community safe, we will no longer offer flat viewings and restrict access to your home for all non-essential cases.
