As usual, the flat should be in a tidy condition so the cleaning can be carried out. This includes keeping surfaces, sinks, and floors free. Only a tidy flat can be cleaned properly.
The refilling of consumables such as toilet paper, sponges, or detergent is still part of the Community's duties. The same applies to the maintenance and cleaning of electric devices in the kitchen and regular waste disposal.
In case you do not wish the cleaning staff to enter your room for quick cleaning, there are two options to let them know:
1. Lock your room with a key.
2. If your room doesn't have a key, just attach a note to the door of your room, clearly legible and with the following content: "No cleaning required - Thank you". An example can be downloaded below for printing.
Please note: To find out if your door is locked or just closed, the cleaner may knock on your door and check it out. Besides, we ask you to wear a mask while the cleaner is cleaning your room or you are in the same room together.
In all cases, the cleaner will not enter your room.
