The router could probably be called the heart of your Wi-Fi connection. You can notice here if there's something wrong with the connection and restart it if everything fails.
The vital cables that need to be connected to the router are the DSL cable (mostly grey) and the power supply (mostly black). Make sure both sit tightly in the right sockets. Check out the image below for details:
Now check out the lights. They should look like this:
To restart the router, disconnect the router from power and reconnect it after waiting at least 10 MINUTES. It will take another 10 minutes for the connection to restart completely.
If there are still problems with the connection/router after that, please contact our Community Team with a detailed description of the problem, information if a reboot of the router was performed and photos of the router (front and back). As soon as you sent us the needed information, we can get to action and contact the provider or provide another solution.
