homefully’s Support Center is your go-to platform if you have any questions or requests regarding your flat, Community, and homefully in general. Whether it’s a small question or a huge obstacle, you will find guidance and help here.
- First off, visit support.homeful.ly (since you’re reading this article, you’re probably already there) and click on the top right corner to log in. If you do not have a Login yet and you’re a Community member, please sign up. By signing up, you receive access to the Community FAQs, which are a helpful guide with everyday questions concerning your stay with homefully. On top, you can easily check updates and answer your current requests with our Support Team.
- Click on the search bar, type your question in keywords, and hit enter. Rather use just one or two words, than more or the whole phrase. All matching articles will be listed for you then. We might have used slightly different wording than you, so you should scan all results for your question. If you can’t find your questions, you might want to use a different keyword in a new search.
- If your question is not listed, or the provided answer does not help, just click “Submit a request” next to your name in the top right corner. Choose the City you’re living in, choose a significant subject, and enter a message to our Support Team with a detailed description of your request. The more precise you are here, the faster the Team will be able to help you. Hit submit to send it.
- Click on your name in the top right corner and select “My activities” in the dropdown menu. You will find your request status updates and answers from the Support Team right here. If you have anything to add or your request changes, please do it here. In addition, you will receive all updates on your request via E-Mail.
