WISAG is Germany's largest and most well-known cleaning service provider. Since April 2021, homefully cooperates with WISAG to provide more standardized Cleaning Support.
The first time, WISAG's Cleaning Support shows up in your coliving space, they will put up a cleaning plan in which they'll mark every completed cleaning session. In most cases, this plan will be placed in your shared flat's hallway.

The cleaning of the flat is done in a by-weekly cycle, which means that the cleaning is done every second week. You might have already received an announcement on when the Cleaning Support will come to your shared flat. In that announcement, you might have received the info that the cleaning support will help you in odd or even weeks.
The cleaning schedule is based on calendar weeks. To better understand what odd and even weeks are, here's an example: Let's say in your Community, cleaning will take place on 4.4.2021. This day is in calendar week 18, which means the next cleaning will take place in calendar week 20. Even calendar weeks can be divided by two and odd calendar weeks cannot.
