How to apply for a so-called internal move:
- An application must be requested via our ticket system.
- Please submit a reason for an internal move, so we can give you all the best possible options we have and assist you in the best possible way.
- Our Community Managers will ask you to check our website to see if you have found a
a Community or room that you like in particular.
- You can also already share the link with the Community Team if you have found a room or flat you like! We rent quickly, so make sure you have a couple of options you submit to us.
Please note: You can switch your room or flat four weeks after your initial move-in at the earliest, as it sometimes takes a couple of days to warm up to your district and flat. But since our mission is to find your perfect home, you can always reach out to us and ask us all necessary questions!
Between new contract request and new contract start must be 3 working days
